Our Story
The Caramel Company was founded by sisters Holly Pabst and Alison Barrett. Being a family affair though goes further than just the two of them. On staff they have nephews, nieces, and cousins all working for them, even their dad comes down to help some here and there. And of course, Pabst’s grandkids are the official taste testers and name sakes of some of Caramel Co's chocolates, Nixon (NixieTwix), Raegan (RaeggieKat), Kira (GrandKira) and Ripken (RipkenCup).
